One to one online yoga and meditation

Over the past year, one to one online yoga has become a staple of my teaching week in the most wonderful way. It's not a path I would ever have thought of for myself but I have also discovered that I love it more than I ever thought I would.


Teaching one to one online yoga requires a very different technique to teaching in person but it's still my belief that it should be unique and tailored to the individual, whether it's powering it up with flowing Vinyasa or the deep surrendering of Yin Yoga.


The beauty of working one to one is that this can extend beyond the physical yoga into guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki/energy work and even re-engaging with our creativity through journal prompts and self-expression.


Most of these sessions are done via Zoom but of course I'm happy to use FaceTime, Google Hangouts or whichever platform is easiest for you!
